We have Assessment that task is in three parts, each 10%, totalling 30% overall. One partto be completed during each of the three intensive weekends. Each part has two sections: a one page Board Report which will be assessed as a group (5%), and a short group Board Presentation which will be assessed individually (5%). The group has done the first assessment in the last time, so this the assessment 3b. The issues currently that happen is: 1- Employees have threatened to strike and informed management 2 – Leading to possible loss of confidence in the mindset of our investors and other financial stakeholders 3 – Heavily dependant on Investor capital for new products 4 – New partner (outsourcing firm for packaging) wants to be part of Internal Audits to ensure their business is not affected 5- If partner backs out , possibility of incomplete product line 6- Downfall of Brand and Reputation 7- Negativity in terms of employee retainability So we want to maintain the resilience and the anti-Fragility opportunity for gain from disorder. How to maintain the company’s normal operation and how to use the current situations as an opportunity to make the company stronger, by discus the risk management assessment. So write about the concern of the risk as per ranking: A- Brand & reputation risk B- Employment engagement risk The format will be or my responsibility is write these two point ( RISK) INTO 1- 150 word in the board report under sub-topic. 2- create only two slides that talk about these risk and with some picture plus 150 word paraphrasing the same information in the board tablet under slides so I can present during the class.
