Customer Requirements and Project Resources (25 points)

Every project team has the same mission as an organization: to meet the needs of their customer within organizational constraints, whether those customers are internal or external. Gathering project requirements are essential in determining project needs and assessing appropriate project resources related to time, scheduling, and cost. Utilizing project management textbooks or other outside peer-reviewed sources, identify the critical success factors in project management for identifying customer requirements and transferring those requirements into an understanding of what resources will be required for the project.
