For her project she analysed CHCCs acquisitions strategy & financial performance. One issue she identified was much of the apparent growth of the business was due to the programme of hotel acquisitions managed by the Commercial Director & the CEO.
Consistent with assessment 1, you have been called in, as a member of the HBS Hospitality & Tourism Consultancy Service, to carry out a strategic review of how the people management issues in the organisation could be developed to improve business performance drawing on Ability, Motivation and Opportunity (AMO) theory of HRM.
