Case Study:
Interpersonal Relationship and Resources: Patient describes that she take care of her family, make sure the house in good order, cook, and cleaning. She interacts with her family often, trying to check on them and also her friends. She gets support from her father, uncle, aunt and sisters. Patient spend three Health History
hours alone and it is very pleasurable for her because I use it to study.
Coping and Stress Management: Patient stated that her school, work and her kind of family responsibility. She said that the changes in past year are got in nursing school and more family responsibility. She sate that the way she relieve herself from stress is to exercise, talking on the phone, hanging out and dancing, yes the method is helpful.
Personal Habit: Patient denies intake of coffee, smoking, any use of street drugs and stated that she drinks three bottle of simnoff ice in three days out thirty days.
Environment and Hazards: Patient said that she lives in a house with her family and she said she knows some her neighbor and the area is safe. Her house has adequate heat and utilities, access to transportation and rarely involve in community service no hazard at her work place and her house. Patient uses seatbelt every time she drives and she also stated she travel once out of the country and denies military service in other countries and self behavior is to research in the Internet.
Intimate Partner Violence: Patient stated that she is safe with her boy friend. She denies partner violence, force having sex or afraid of partner ex-partner.
Perception Of Own Health: Patient defines health as state of free from sickness. She stated that she is fine as of now and she is very concerns not to have any illness. Patient said she will love to have good health in future and her goal is to try to stay healthy and do possible things. She denies nothing at the moment
