Canada is one of the rapidly growing economies wherein it is observed that the tourism sector plays a critical part to maximise the revenue generation by the country. According to The United Nations World Tourism Organization (UNWTO), around 1.087 billion tourists travelled during 2013 in the world, which is constantly rising at a rate of around 5% every year. Correspondingly, Canada has played a very important role in boosting such growth in the international scenario. The data also reveals that the world share of Canada in supporting the tourism industry was around US$85 billion Dollars in 2013 (UNWTO, 2013).
